What if there are damaged parts during sea transportation? How to solve after-sales?
We use custom-thickened shipping packaging to significantly reduce the risk of transit damage. In case of damaged parts or panels, we will replace them free of charge and provide a complete installation and repair manual in English. For bulk orders, we include a small quantity of spare hardware components with each shipment, enabling quick on-site repairs without affecting delivery schedules for your customers.
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk cooperation?
No minimum order requirement for full container loads; LCL and mixed shipments are supported. You can combine cabinets of different styles and price ranges. Regular customers shipping 40HQ full containers can enjoy additional tiered pricing discounts, suitable for overseas stores of all sizes — large, medium, or small.
How long is the production cycle after confirming drawings?
Standard bulk orders take 20–25 working days for production without painting; urgent orders can be expedited by coordinating with partner factories, reducing the lead time to 15–20 days (exact timing depends on material and quantity). After completion, we offer one-stop freight forwarding services, arranging direct sea or land transport to the destination port.
